About us
Alfred began his building journey in 2020 while living in Wellington. Always an active and hands-on individual, he knew that a desk-bound job wasn’t the right fit for him. Over the years, he gained extensive experience across a wide range of building projects, with a particular focus on renovations and landscaping—areas where his passion and expertise truly shine.
In 2026, Alfred and his family made the decision to relocate to Christchurch. Inspired by this fresh start, he founded Koh Built Limited, bringing his knowledge and skillset to the local community. The business naturally focuses on renovations and landscaping, reflecting Alfred’s experience and commitment to delivering high-quality, tailored results for every project.
